Called the dr's office today. Asked to speak with the dietician. I left her a message, and then they called me back to set up an appointment with said dietician, since it has been a year since I saw her last.
We'll see how things go on the 16th. The appointment is at 11 in the morning.
I am finally ready to reign in my diabetes, borderline high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
I currently take Glyburide/Metformin for my blood sugars, and Simvastatin for my high cholesterol. I am trying to avoid high blood pressure meds.
We'll see.
