Another week of weight gain. However that won't stop me! I need to start exercising more! Not doing enough exercise! We really need an exercise bike!

I did so good at the exercise bike at the fitness center at the hospital. Why oh why can we not have one here? I don't care if it is in the garage!

I just want to be able to blast my music on my MP3 player, and go! The treadmill can fold up, since no one is using it. I sometimes wish I could go to the hospital and exercise. However it would be closed to anyone outside the cardiac patients, and the staff at the hospital.

Oh well. technically I could get a Gold's Gym yearly pass, but it's hard to get there without a car. I am without a vehicle. Oh well.

I can exercise along the trail, and go through the exercise stations. It'll be good. Maybe I will go to the local rec center and get a membership there for their gym. I think it's 150 dollars per person.

You know exercise can be as simple as standing instead of sitting. I stand at my computer instead of sitting at a desk. If you want an exercise bike why not sell the treadmill and get one? Also, I checked out your food diary and 50% of your diet is carbs. You might be able to jump start weight loss if you tried to limit your carbs. It worked for me. Instead of bread for a sandwich, I use soft tortilla shells and make wraps. Just a suggestion.

hmmmmmmm! I mentioned the exercise bike thing to my mom, and she asked what the difference is between me walking on a treadmill, and riding an exercise bike. I said the exercise bike is what I started out with.
