Yes! I felt this one coming. It seems like it takes a few days in between pounds now, which sucks because I still have my goal set at about 50 lbs lighter than I am now, but I'm running more and further and it feels good, so I think that'll really help. This last week I haven't been as consistent with my eating as I would like (mostly based on alcohol consumption - two beers really does it to my calorie count) but I'm getting refocused and will continue to make it.
