Spent most of my day outside planting my flowers. So nice to be outside, little on the cool side. So no sweating! Got really dirty though! I think I did ok on my food. I need to get some more exercise in. Plan on biking and hooping in a little bit. I thought I clicked on the "join" for the water drinking challenge. But I guess I didn't. Disappointed I missed it. I do need to get some more water in for today. Oh...I got a new buddy today! :)
