Rainy day, took in to many calories and points. Still fighting my cold, but worked out in my garden anyway, I was a muddy mess. And so was the dog. Ears bothering me. Hubs helped me with candling my ears this afternoon. Hope I can avoid a dr. appt. I am hoping in the morning to start up with my arm workouts. This last week I haven't felt up to it. This week also starts the Belly down challenge. This was designed just for me!!
