I signed up for a new challenge on May 1st to lose 10 pounds in May. My life has been so stressful for the past few weeks and I have been on a pigout cycle. I'm now ready to get it under control and begin to plan my meals and activities again. Looking forward to the rest of the month. Challenge day #1 May 6th. I know my weight will be up but from there it will be all downhill. I'm going to check in and see how everyone else is doing. Tomorrow I'll plan some goals for the rest of the month.
