Life has been full of turmoil. I turned to emotional eating, eating when I am not hungry, poor food choices.
Not doing so well, obviously!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, I know it is hard, we all emotionally eat. Are you logging all your food daily? Going over it to see if something is triggering your hungers, like carbs, or when you eat, or processed foods, or salt, heck, there are many things in our diet that can trigger our emotions. I hope you have a good week, get up, and try again. By the way, your weight loss history looks pretty good except for the slow gain. You should see mine, I jumped up like I was on my way up a rollercoaster! Let us know if you need any help...
