When you are a person that has about 10lbs to lose don't talk to me about your struggles.. :)

Couple people commented on my weight loss. It felt encouraging, but also embarrassing. Make sense to anyone?

I understand, but keep in mind any amount of weight to lose is hard. However the work you are putting in will show and you won't regret losing weight ever! 41 pounds is a great accomplishment keep it up and don't be embarassed!

Thanks. The embarrassment was minor. More like, "WTF man quit looking at me.." Guys just don't talk to each other that way. I know people mean well, but I'm in a lifelong fight with food that might kill me, and their pants are tight. Not the same. Not complaining, just saying. I really do appreciate you commenting. I will work on a better reaction/response to these social situations.

Time is a bitch. Woke up one day 20 years ago, got on the scale and said DAMN... I am one fat dude. Woke up today, got on the scale, it read the same thing as that day 20 years ago. Difference was today I said "Yes, making progress, looking good".

Yup! Whether it's 10 pounds or 100, it's still a struggle for us all.

You will get there, I think recognizing it is the hardest part for everyone. Keep up the good work.

I understand it. For me it's 'I'm more than a number ..I'm not a circus side show ... stop before I feel so much pressure I start sabatoging myself. '
