LOL-no, it's never fast enough, but it's working, and I'll bet all your clothes are getting loose too, aren't they? You're doing SO WELL!

Yes, the clothes are definitely looser. One of the dresses I bought at the consignment shop is probably going back because I don't think I'm gonna get a chance to wear it. It's my fault really. I bought it even though I knew it was a little on the big side. By the time I have a chance to wear it, it's probably going to be too baggy. I have a pair of purple capris. I don't like them, and I probably wouldn't wear them outside of the house, but I try them on from time to time, because a few months ago, I couldn't even get them past my butt. Now I can almost button them. The buttons touch if I pull them together. I use those pants to measure my progress.

You're doing great! Quit whining! LOL. - and not, it's never fast enough, is it? :D

LOL ok, no more whining. To tell you the truth, I feel really good about how I'm progressing. I'm making permanent changes in my life, and I have healthier habits now. So, I know that the weight will stay off. I don't expect to reach my goal for another 9 months to a year, so gradual weight loss is good.

Gradual weight loss is VERY good, all the doctors I've spoken with agree on that-as long as you're losing weight, even slowly, just keep doing what works.
