Leg cramps and Claudication, suspect its not leg cramps but more poor circulation and the accumulation of lactic acid, a genuine vitamin deficiency would have a huge knot, where as I don't . After being in sisters cramped car and a desk job for too many years, I am certain of it being Claudication. My health insurances said it was considered cosmetic (related to varicose veins) and would not cover treatment. I could not even contribute to the flex pay cause still considered frivolous.Anyways, dug out a pair of compression tights and doing more tai chi for no reason and a few jumping jacks despite standing more than sitting. Working for any company seems like they are not only hesitant to provide half way decent coverage but now get the feeling even with the so call premium its just a waste. And the specialist visit was not covered. So losing weight down to 100 lbs should elevate the problem with compression hosiery vs. some what expensive treatments. So now even more determined, looking at the recipes here for more variety. Feel thinner face is the same which is good in the past a diet which had more carbs less fat my face thinned out. I think the higher fat is better for me because I am not really hungry, vs. eating things like granola, coffee with sugar + cream and a banana for breakfast sandwich with roasted peanuts , then dinner ravenously hungry which would have had red cabbage a protien and a high carb vegetable. And yet still want candy...now with less complex carbohydrates, making the work out one hour instead of an hour and thirty, I am not tired and again feel 100% healthier.

I'm sorry your health insurance considers it a cosmetic problem, it sounds painful. :( But I'm glad it makes you even more determined! And it's great that you found a diet that is working for you! :D
