The candy fan's Journal, 02 May 2013

Last night went for a nice brisk walk instead of the usual indoor aerobics, leg does feel improved with 18 hour support tights. I also use a medical devise used by health care professionals that stimulates the upper dermis and helps also feels like tiny pricks or heavy duty static electricity if you were to go to a dermatologist they would apply for about 30 minutes it takes a very long time to see any results.Much like a lot of people yesterday was ravenous but not going to the grocery store for a while left only a few choices coconut milk and walnuts. So probably guessing the calories consumed were under, but don't want to lie to myself by being under and is not. I loaned my car for a few times and they keep getting tunnel/ bridge tickets into the city, I think there is a new racquet with pushing easy pass and credit card debt,my sister said they debited from her checking account account three times in a row for 900. it was a mistake that took months to fix. Friend says will make good but it's beginning to be expensive just to have someone grab a few things from the store when they need to use car. Grocery shopping is like a wild adventure now but thought it would be best not go as often so there won't be any problems slipping up it was rather successful in April.

I used to live in Boston and they had a "fast pass" where you put a device in your car and when you went through a certain lane it would automatically debit the charge, which is super convenient, but I would be scared of extra charges, much like what happened to your sister. I'm glad your legs are feeling better. :)

Same principle here too requires a monthly commitment using these toll areas and it shameful how many there are here. She wasn't alone there was a report about the mistake happening frequently, and running low on pass when it was paid in full.

Tai chi sounds good. I could use a little relaxation. Too bad we don't have classes close to me. The last thing I want to do is get back in my car. Personally, I wouldn't let people use the car until they paid you back. You should not have to fund them. You were being nice and letting them use your car without expecting anything in return. The least they can do is pay for their charges. Have fun!

He paid the first slip up, but never takes money when I ask him to bring stuff for my critters or 1/2 and 1/2. Tai chi was great came home cats appreciated when I showed them, they watched as if I had catnip. Went the specialty market more cheese made a cheese platter for dinner/ lunch and salad snack.I was planning on going next week but felt like a little break in the day.Went to the butcher bought hot dogs but everything was very expensive ended up in grocery store for the usual, ground turkey, turkey sausages, ground beef, eggs and more lettuces. lets see stomach less puffy and shoulders not fat at all, still a miss mate xtra small top with medium large bottom. Washed jeans and they felt tight, back in March if I had did that there was no way I could squeeze back in to them. I did spend a long time looking at the candy thinking how could I dive into the vats, could not find sugar free dark chocolate other than Hershey and I only like the dark a little but but it had 21 carbs per 1" piece.I did look at the ice cream though if I could find low carb sugar free, but I am boring only interested in chocolate and vanilla separately, learned a lesson the more ingredients the more fattening. Too many things that seem chemical,so went back to smell the candy, then the flowers. I met one of the shopping angels** who left coupons for cats and other things, had to thank her on occasion you can luck out and find one or two I can use.Shopping is more of a experience that it used to be now really enjoy seeing the new packaging checking out the exotic new product avocado oil, toasted sesame? kind of pricey.I read a lot of people who can control eating in moderation that would not be me. Even if I wanted a handful of potato chips the bag would be gone something about them just can't stop and that goes for any snack food, now if I make a gorgeous cheese platter it is satisfying. So people who can eat in moderation tip my hat but in the case of candy, potato chips, bread, pretzels even red cabbage, that would not be me despite being allergic it would not eliminate the yummies. Looking back when thinner ate, meat, fruit lettuces had no time to shop then nights were fueled with either black coffee and espresso or diet mountain dew.

I can't eat in moderation either. I swear it's hardwired into my brain somehow. Like everything is a single serving to me. For example, one apple is one serving, one banana is one serving one 12oz bag of potato chips is one serving, because it's all in one bag... Maybe that's just me. :P I'm glad shopping is becoming an experience instead of a chore! It's the little things in life that keeps us going. :D

I must be strange then because I can actually eat only one potato chip if I wanted to. I can actually eat five m&m 's and leave the rest of the bag for later. Didn't used to be able to, but now have worked so hard to lose it I am determined not to put it back on.

Blue box I don't really have a secret, when I can't control myself like with potato chips I would just buy the one serving size bag. Then when I had my daughter too many potato chips make me feel sick. After a while of counting out chips etc. I was able to control how many I eat. I don't know.
