Well despite keeping my calorie counts under my recommended amounts I am stuck at the same weight for a few days. Course it is that time of the month and I don't know how that affects weight with me. Maybe when that is done the weight loss will resume? Water weight? Discouraging to say the least! It is May 1st in Minnesota and it is snowing...I have sunburn from the 80's just a couple days ago under my sweater today.

Wow! Don't know how I'd take the drastic change in the weather like that! Forecast for us was mostly cloudy but I see the sun poking through. 70s for our temps. Middle of TOM for me and feeling the release of the bloat so maybe bigger changes on the scale. I'm sure the same will happen for you too! New month = refreshed vigor for weight loss! We can do this!

I am really cold today because of the massive change in the temperature. Could have to do with my sunburn though also. I am just crabby today with a headache.
