Well my hubby burst my bubble today. He read out loud something he was reading that said it takes 4 weeks for a person to notice a change in her own body. 8 weeks for family and close friends to notice and 12 weeks for others to notice. I am hoping that it won't take that long for me...I have so much to lose.

omg! That's good to know. I just got mad at my father last week cos he said he didn't see any difference in me. I lost 10kg (22lbs)! And I was thinking he was being really mean and discouraging! lol.. But I felt the difference pretty quick cos I could see my feet and fit into my old clothes! :)

sayangsometimes first of all...great job on your loss so far! I have been at it since the 19th of April and have lost 8 lbs so far. I think I am starting to notice a change in my face. It could be my imagination. But if it works to keep me going on with the overall plan I will believe what I want. I just don't want to wait 7 more weeks for my family to notice! That seems unfair. I think with clothes you should notice the feel of how they fit first.
