Okay so I am ravenous AGAIN! I have now been like this for the better part of a week. Gave in on Monday and ate a ridiculous amount (and not for the first time)
Usually a fast day cures it but apparently not, so I'm going to go the other day and utterly stuff myself.
I've got my art class tonight so I've got to eat properly at lunch anyway and will likely be starving again once I've finished. But I plan on having a huge pot of soup. I may even add shirataki noodles.

We all have days (or a week) where our diet go's right out the window. Just let it go and move on. Anyone who's had such amazing progress will keep going, no matter if you slip up or not! ;)
