I need to start exercising and I know that I would be losing if I did get more exercise. I can tell you the diet is going well but I get down when I step on the scale and it isn't moving down. I guess it isn't the scales fault when I havn't been exercising like I should. After daycare I will be going to a LONG walk and I would like to go by my self but we will have to see when Chad gets home from work.

Dont get discouraged! Keep it up and it will happen. I really think all the exercise, in addition to burning calories at the time is increaseing my resting metabolism. It makes me feel so good and motivated too. I'm enjoying the loss rate while it is happening because I know that I will hit a plateau at some point. Better get the most out of it while I can right. I do know that with WW ,when I have been following it really well for a long period of time and hit a plateau that the best way to jump start things is to eat a really good (bad for you) meal. Tricks the body into burning the calories again.
