Bad day yesterday. I have been working 12 hour days for the last two weeks and I have been so tired I haven't really worked out much. Plus my eating habits have gotten sloppy a little too over the past couple of days because I have been craving carbs a lot. Ate a bunch of french fries yesterday and feel so gross now. O'well, just have to get back on track again.

I was craving carbs yesterday, too! I had clean strawberry pancakes for dinner...Delicious, but better as breakfast and not dinner (just a lot of carbs for night time). My workouts have kicked up this week and I have been craving carbs like crazy. Hope today is better for you!
