Weight is up .4 this morning. I'm not worried. I'm used to this minor fluctuations by now. It will go down, I'm doing the right things. I'm going to switch up yoga by going on different nights and taking different classes, hopefully that'll give my body something to think about and react to.

Last week, I had bothered a nerve in my back, and had shooting pains, but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about as it has worked itself out. Nothing else is really going on. Weather is hot, and I'm still tired. I can't seem to rouse myself out of bed lately. I think I'm having "back to school-itis" and I haven't been back to school in a few years. Just the end of summer is making me lazy. I guess it's something that I'll never grow out of.

I have tons of things to look forward to this fall, which first on my list is a trip to Florida on the 15th. Joe and I are going to visit his mother for 5 days, which will be exciting. I love his mother, and we haven't seen her since November of last year, which was before I started my journey. I can't wait to see her face when we get down there.
