The candy fan's Journal, 29 April 2013

Damp rainy day got up finished tasks, stayed with in calories yesterday. Was probably was up there with the worst places I have been since the end of January and February. Glad I did not go grocery shopping because there was a good chance might have started snacking and continued to the point of gluttony. Nope resisted the ice cream almost threw it out along with other old things from the freezer. I decided to send a card at some point to the family expressing deepest condolences.
Interesting two friends are now leaving their high stress jobs because of health, gaining more than me and are slightly younger, mentioned site but they have to really want it, not worry about the things missed.Thank you everyone for your kindness.

:) It's good to hear you are doing well with your calories and resisted temptation with the ice cream.

The best part is the way my pants fit they don't look as tight in the wrong places worth giving up ice cream in the long run.

I agree. Ice cream should be a treat, not a must have to combat a stressful day. I find kickboxing works better anyway. You can even put pictures on the punching bag. Lol! Good job on the freezer. I need to do that too. I wonder what I will find. Keep up the wonderful work on you weight loss or has it become a lifestyle change?

What a great idea, I had a dart board and used to print pictures out and it helped too. It is a lifestyle change, well getting into transition faze between different career and food. Years ago(many) I was heavy but never at 168 ever,my diet was vegetarian so eating mostly things that was making me allergic and causing things like strange (back, and neck)weight gain and hair loss by the clumps. I learned so many foods like sweet potatoes contain estrogen and eaten in quantity have many side effects in some people(me) and was allergic. Corn though processed had delayed reaction, fresh was instant reaction. Tofu in quantity and other vegetables had a side effect going over my botany course learned they all give expel a chemical in some people can become toxic. Long story short some people should not be vegetarians.

If God wanted us to be vegetarians he wouldn't have created chickens, cows, pigs, etc.
