Dropped further than I'd thought, but happy to see the numbers move. I might actually reach the 8lbs for the month tomorrow which I didn't think was going to happen. Keeps me on target for where I want to be. I'm not gonna lie, I'm hoping this week is a super-drop week to make up for last week and if it is I'm going to LOVE it but if it's a normal week, I'll love that too. Things are changing, it's just hard not to want it to change faster to catch up with what's going on in my head. It's a race with myself, a game, always has been. Set a goal, see if you can meet it. It becomes fun and not awful if it falls short a little as long as I know I've done what I'm supposed to.
