I did well today, had a retirement luncheon where the company brought in 4Rivers BBQ. I brought my normal lunch, skipped the soda, the cookies and the cake. I brought a huge bowl of jello since I knew we'd be eating early and I'd need a "rescue" something to keep me out of anything that would work against me. 230 I had the jello and it did really help.

I got put onto a different project today for my consulting, which is basically exactly what I do during the day but in a different system. Invoicing is Sunday so I'm hoping to be able to get a bunch done to bill and STILL have a life this weekend ;) I really didn't do much on it all week so the paycheck is going to suck but it is nice to not be a slave to it and everyone else (working to pay other people's lifestyles...). I'm in a good place and I think everything is relecting that.

Oh. And I gave away the other whip cream to a girl with kids. Hope they like it. It's out of my house and not a temptation. 37 carbs in the can and I ate it in less than 4 days...yeah. Still hoping for a miracle for 167.2 on Tuesday to round out my 8 for the month. Maybe I'll squeak by.
