I went to my son's house for dinner and a movie. I actually did pretty well, all things considered. I stayed under 1,000 cals. Unfortunately, the CORN enchilada I ate had vital wheat gluten and wheat flour in it and I knew that long before I got home and read the package. Yes, I dug the package out of my DIL's recycle bin so I could list it accurately here. LOL!
