Didn't get my workout in yesterday... worked a 13 hour day! No time/energy left to do it!
PLUS I got into the Oreos... I think it has something to do with me eating when I'm tired [instead of just sleeping...] foolish, isn't it?
Anyway, today is another day, and I'm going to work a shorter day, so I'll be able to walk my 3 miles with the You Tube video...
