I have been PIGGING OUT FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS!
In writing to Jaime, I've discovered that I'm doing EMOTIONAL EATING [due to stress...]
We are always FLAT BROKE at this time of the month, and I ALWAYS get stressed out... I've got to start treating it like my TOM, and be prepared for it!
I've been over-working and under-exercising... due to time constraints and my husband being home...
Anyway, here's to a new day dawning, and me getting back on track!
We ALL deserve an 'OOPS!' every now and then, though... [only mine lasted an exceptionally long period of time this week... :( ]
