Even after having a cheat day...I STILL loss weight! I'm VERY happy about that!
231.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 86.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Char60 and amberrozell! This is really becoming a lifestyle for me and I love it. The most important thing is how good I feel, no more sluggish, tired, and constant full feelings. I hope the both of you are doing well, WE CAN DO THIS! Thanks for the encouraging words.
