I've really been seriously thinking about making fitness a career once I reach my goal. Back in the day, I actually worked out a lot, and I still know a lot about fitness, even though I lost my way. I need a new career, and I'm really thinking this will work for me. I use to dance, so instructing zumba would be really fun. Maybe I'll even go back to school for nutrition. I'm going to really try to reach this goal.

I think you should do it-you would have empathy for the overweight and out of shape folks, because you'll have been there, and will be able to give encouragement from a more informed perspective.

That's what I think. I want to do something I'm passionate about, and I think this is it. I'll have a testimony because it hits so close to home. I will let that goal be another motivator for me.

Totally agree with Colly! You will be (and, heck, already are) inspiration to others. You already having a background in fitness is a great step. Like you said, add in nutrition and you'll be the whole package. I wish I knew more about fitness/exercises... then I could help myself by finding what exercises get rid of side-boob. :)

lol Katie. Side boob? That's funny. How old are you? With age our boobies seem to go where they want lol. Weight training (chest exercises like chest press or push ups) is all we can really do for that, and a well fitting bra. But yeah, I pretty much have my mind made up that I'm gonna go for it.
