I can't believe it's already Friday. This week was kind of a blur. It was hectic and unscheduled from the very beginning, and I need to get back on track. I'm going to plan my meals for the entire weekend, and fingers crossed, I'll stick to it. Yesterday, I did not have one fruit or vegetable all day. I had coffee for breakfast and then I got steamed rice and sesame chicken with an egg roll for lunch. The kids had lasagna for dinner. I had a little bit and a piece of garlic toast. That's over... back to reality. Have a great day buddies :)

Today is a new day. Today we will both stick to our meal plans. Lets make a goal to drink at least 10 cups of water today, I'm having a hard time remembering to drink more. I'm going to drink right right now, hava great day, make it a day you can be proud of. I go to work tonight, I work 12 hour shifts, I've have set a goal to only drink water when i'm at at work, wish me luck.

Pretty good track record for something that's darn near free and has no calories, fat, or cholesterol.

I wish I had seen these posts earlier. I'm not really too bad when it comes to that, but I could always drink more. The day is not over. Gonna chug some water right now.

I'm on glass...gosh I don't know-had 3 or 4, then went to applebee's with spouse and they filled my glass at least twice, but those are big glasses. Upshot-I've had to be 800 times this afternoon! LOL

my belly is very full of water right now. I'm not sure if I'll be eating anything else tonight. I had a very small dinner. Ate off a little saucer. I am stuffed just off of water. I haven't had anything else to drink today except for my coffee this morning.
