The trip I took this past week really did me in. I traveled to Indiana for five days. Friday through Tuesday. When I got back on Wednesday I did not get back on track, but today I start again. Unfortunately I got zeros for those five days. I will try to salvage the week with fives today and tomorrow. The focus is on WW points and lots of water.

traveling can be difficult. I think with time, if you travel often enough you begin to learn little tricks along the way to help you out. Besides, it was just 5 days, and now you are right back on track again and doing great! This is a life style change and that takes time.
