This is disappointing. No way that I ate enough to add 3 lbs! I did not poop much this weekend and I should be drinking more water. So, I will wait another day or so . I am doing the oz smoothie thing again this week.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
