Alright you guys i have figured out how to post pictures and i figured it was past time to do so. So here are a few to show the differnce of a little more then 30 pounds and my trip to New Orleans. NO is my favorite place to go and I only live about an hour away but it seems that everytime I go I am too busy to take pictures haha. So this time I made it a point to take pictures.


I don't know if anyone remembers but last spring break I went to a college a couple hours away to volunteer with habitat for humanity to help build for people who need homes. This is me at my heaviest weight of 231.



This is me 30 pounds lighter infront of a fountain right near the RiverWalk in New Orleans which is a great place to shop.

By the way, we stayed at that hotel in the background of this picture and that is only 2 of the 5 buildings that go with the hotel lol.










While I am on a roll.. Here are a few pictures of my nephews. My sister is a single parent and i am practically the "daddy" lol. They are my everything..
