I am up two lbs but I am still under 150 so no complaints from me. I am just finally happy to be below 150!
I am going to do my 4 km jog outdoors today since its cool and miserable out. Three laps around the dry pound and then three more consecutive laps. I am tired so its gonna be rough.
I joined swimming lessons and am looking into Aikido for the summer since I can do it with my daughter which will be kind of fun.
I was so inspired looking at a running magazene I grabbed and seeing all these amazing marathons and all these happy shiny people.
It just inspires me even more to stick to a healthier diet and be the fit agile woman I always want to be.
