Im down an inch around the narrowest part of my waist, and that is good news for me!

I still got a killer muffin top but thats okay,and the inches there are obesity worthy but it took a long time to put on so I dont expect it to come off quickly.

I overate a bit yesterday, basically I ate back all the calories I burned off in the gym which would have brought my net calories to under 1500 calories.

Its hard not to eat chocolate and sometimes its hard not to eat back the calories I burn off.

I love love love running for half an hour, even more then I loved running 20 minutes. I only need to add another seven minutes to my time to make my runs round off at 5km.

I am running 15 minutes and walking 5 minutes and then running another 15 minutes. I will do this for a few more weeks and then add on my last seven minutes with a 3 minute break. Sure it puts me at a 47 minute 5km run but in time it will go down to 37 minutes and then right on down to probably 30 minutes once I increase the speed.

To think I could be doing this 4 days a week makes my heart rejoice.

I may be getting a bit ahead of myself but couple that with swimming lessons and Aikido and I will be fit fit fit.

Cant wait!

That is so awesome!!! I just started the couch to 5k workout plan last week so today I will be on day 5... Except, my app sucks, and I have been able to run a little longer than the workout expected me too... So I feel like I'm currently ahead of the program. Anyways... I agree if you can do all 3 of those things you will be a machine!!!
