Paul Plakas diet plan doing good so far...only problem is that I added bacon to my pita pizza but only 1.5 slices so like less calories then some other meat might have been.
The pita pizza was so good. The bread was a little dry to begin with because it was defrosted last night and that added to its deliciousness.
Seriously I could eat one of these for lunch for the next week and not complain and so I think its a new favorite of mine for sure. And just around 300 calories and packed full of oh so goodness.
Anyways, I am looking into swimming lessons and kickboxing classes as well. I always want to swim but my stroke is pitiful. Just trying to find something that will work with my schedule is a bit challenging.

Well I'm glad that the Paul Plakas diet is working for you, or at least has something delicious in it for you to eat! I have always wanted to take real swimming lessons myself, I look like a frog when I swim... lol. However, I feel that taking adult swim lessons would be awkward, but I think my mental picture is of me swimming with a bunch of 5 year olds.

I am going to take them private or semi-private, apparently there are a lot of adults that want to take swimming lessons. I am looking forward to it because it seems like a really peaceful way to exercize/clear the head.

hmm... maybe I will look into some private lessons... if I can afford them.

Yeah, I imagine it would only take a few lessons to get the stroke I am looking - just to have a decent breast stroke is all I need since I cant even do it at all now.

I love swimming for exercise, but considering I started at 350lbs I was too self concious to picture myself in a bathing suit around other people. I opted for an above-ground pool in my yard, I have lots of privacy this way. If you have privacy it could be good. It's only a 4 feet deep pool but it's enough to swim around in. A cheaper way to go too. Swimming is the best!! You can burn 600 calories an hr doing it, and it's a full body workout. I have so much fun doing it it doesn't feel like exercise.

Well I registered, I will be swimming for eight weeks come May 4th. Maybe a pro by the end of it all.
