It's a rainy day, but my spirits are good. I'm going to drop my son off at school and then head directly to the gym... weight training today. I have lots of energy this morning so I should get a good workout. My only plans today are to do the housework that I've been putting off all week. I had planned to clean yesterday, but when I found out that I had lost 15 pounds, I just wanted to celebrate, so I did nothing but shop, but today, back to reality. I have to take care of business and work on shedding the next 15 pounds. Have a great day guys :)
