It's Friday night. I've done well this week. I'd really like to watch a movie and have a beer, but I know I'll regret it. Not sure what to do.

Never mind. I'm totally having a beer. I made some great choices today, and even with the beer, my daily calorie intake in 1411. I think that's a good number.
