Man, I've still been really up and down. My emotions have been all over the place too, due to some issues that have come up lately. So that in effect makes me eat more. Proverbs 3:5 trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding...should be my prayer not using food to feel better.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
