I know I have not been exercising enough. My excuse is that I'm too tierd feeling. I know I just need to just do it, and I'll get over that slump. I'm really going to make a bigger effort this weekend to not over indulge so much this weekend, and again attempt to track all my calories over the weekend.

Man, I've still been really up and down. My emotions have been all over the place too, due to some issues that have come up lately. So that in effect makes me eat more. Proverbs 3:5 trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding...should be my prayer not using food to feel better.

I am so happy I'm trying again. I was getting so complaicent and in the thought pattern that I didnt have to really try anymore. But with just keeping focused and trying I have made some progress, even though its 2 lbs. I've lost before, Oh well I'm moving ahead again!
