I am so happy I'm trying again. I was getting so complaicent and in the thought pattern that I didnt have to really try anymore. But with just keeping focused and trying I have made some progress, even though its 2 lbs. I've lost before, Oh well I'm moving ahead again!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
