slept for almost 4 hrs again after my AM anti-seizure, AKA 'my downers' med ingestion. Big difference is that I awoke feeling mostly refreshed. So I'm thinking that it takes almost a week Post-chemo to get back near normal. I know my gut symbiotes are not happy. Haven't gone since Saturday's richter-rockin' episode at Sam's.

Been on daily Senna and relaxers, so watch out!! I go to PT-OT in 30 mins. uh oh..

Added another dose of MCT oil to an afternoon slushie. Hope to jumpstart some nutritional ketosis during exercise as i cheated yesterday. Only b/c my appetite is back, yea!!
