Since 5am this day has taken 1 hell of a turn, my oldest daughter Tayzha calls me and says mom I'm having contractions 2-5 min. apart, she drives to hospital, they check her ,she is 50-75% effaced,not dilated tho,not sure if it's active labor,so she was on morphine and resting till 4pm today, they continued to monitor her(and I was able to still get my full workout in, but was still concentrating on what was going on with her)they said if she dilates then they were taking the baby by c-section, since she is sched. for one on Sept. 9th anyway... thought this nana was gonna be taken her trip back to Iowa sooner than expected ♥..but contractions died down and were further apart and she wasn't dilated.. Sooo Great news..well 4 me anyway..Tayzha & baby came back home..they are fine except Tayzha has a bit of a broken ♥ , she really wanted 2 have the baby 2 day !! Lord knows I understand, but I'm so happy that baby will wait, not sure how long, but @ least not 2 nite, I hope! This nana could still be taking a trip 2 Iowa sooner than expected, guess we wait & see ♥,my pulse is back 2 normal tho..so that's good..! ! But I was still on point with my workouts..soo yeah me !! This is Recovery week for me 4 P90X..so no weights, all cardio this week and I included some cardio Interval Training too... Bring it !!
