Another rainy and cool day - didn't get in till almost ten p.m. last night and today I am tired and have cleaning of apartment to do after moving things around along with shopping probably. My back is better than usual, shots tomorrow though for it. I got a lot of spices from my deceased neighbor's children who put it in a shopping cart left down the hall - lots of stuff that is expensive to buy. I need some saffron, none of that there. That stuff is ridiculously priced, I will have to go to a bargain store twenty miles away and check and see if they have that there and get some at that place if they do. The apartment looks better the sliding glass door is an open view not blocked anymore so the apartment looks bigger with the balcony and then the open space of the tree tops and forest a few hundred yards out back on a hill. Most of the view is trees that lose their leaves so in the winter I can see the houses way over on the hill and beyond through the thick trees I can't see the rest of the year. I hope to get on buddies' journals this evening some time...
