Workouts went great this morning! Now im even more grateful that I awake at 5am each day bc once I get my workouts done I dont have to think about them anymore. Feeling very positive about my new exercise regimen...I really think this was the missing link. My body feels extremely worked out and I love that feeling bc I know that results only follow. Pushing forward! :D

I have whined about this before, but boy I wish I could do my workouts before work. Great job, and yes I am very jealous!

Hey guys! Im more of a morning person really so it goes together better in my day. So yes the "excuse well" has dried up for me lol. :)
