Clogging weekend, enough said. Plenty of activity and exercise. I've been doing a great job sticking to Phase 1 south beach, except for maybe tonight, which included buffalo wings and a couple malibu drinks. But really, not too bad. My husband has been enjoying cookies, crackers and M&M's in our hotel room, but I can't really make him eat how I am. I've got high protein snacks and veggies and so far, I don't feel like I'm denying myself. Here's looking forward to a great competition tomorrow. Cheers to a great weekend, I'm excited to see what the scale does when we return home!
