100goodbye's Journal, 12 April 2013

I want to lose 10 lbs in one month. Counting calories...1600 per day. I want to do it. I can do it. I will do it. I will have the will power to make good choices and not cover my emotions with food. I will be a better example to my children. I will log all my food choices in my journal so I can be accountable. I will weigh 188 lbs by May 11.
