I'm so tired after last nights workout at the gym. I increased my reps per set & went up in weight on some of my exercises. Went I left the gym last night I had muscle failure which they say is a good thing. I'm glad I have the next 2 nights off from the gym. I'll be back in there Sunday hitting it hard again. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
