Good morning everyone, well last night I was at the gym for an hour & a half do weightlifting. I went up in weight & added to my routine. I can feel the difference today. By the time I was done I had no energy to do my 5 miles on the bike. I overslept again. I am going to have to get a new alarm clock cause it's not working right. I feel great today a little sore in my arms & my abs but its a good sore. I know I accomplished something yesterday. The saying of today is: "YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY,YOU ARE BORED, DRINK SOME WATER & LEARN THE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!"I thought this was cute. I hope everyone is having a great morning & I hope a great day as well. Remember to love yourself.
