I am so hungry today. I don't know what my issue is. I know I have not had enough water today, chugging some now tho.

I have days like that too! I always feel very proud of myself if I can resist the temptation and not give in. For me it's usually hormones (mine are all screwed up and have been since I had my baby). Try doing some exercise, it will take your mind off of it, but then if you do give into temptation you won't do as much damage.
