I'm so proud of myself! After yesterday's food binge, in diets gone past, I would have given up and kept on eating. Now I got up this morning and made healthy choices instead of the chocolate calling my name. Thanks,guys! Pat g

I know what you mean by eating when no one is there to watch you. Fortunately, I still have 5 children at home, and I can't move a muscle without them knowing all about it. And because of them, I fall into bed too tired to snack at 9:00pm! Just keep thinking about how good you'll feel when you lose the weight. One other trick: I put a sign on the ice cream, reminding me how bad my stomach felt after I ate it.
