Well yesterday I was able to stay under my points and I wasn't even hungry so I think that was a good sign. I woke up this morning and I wanted waffles and then I was bummed because I was thinking on my new life style I can't have them because there is to much fat, and sugar and all that stuff not to mention the points I would eat. I couldn't stop thinking about the waffles......LOL So this morning I went to the store and I got special K ones which was 3 points and with fat free butter and sugar free syrup it was 3.5 points and I was really happy that I got to eat what I wanted to eat.


exercise note my legs are still so stiff and sore I got in my 10,000 steps but not much else. I am going to attempt to do my 5 mile walk video but we will see.

Good Job yesterday and I like the waffle idea! Yesterday I Bought 1pt bread, canned chicken, light mayo, and baked lays. It was a 4 point lunch and I was full. It helps when you don't feel like you are eating diet food and you are satisfied.

I am over by 3 points but really I did try my best. I didn't get over 10,000 steps today my legs are still killing me and I figure it is better just to wait until they are better since I was close to my 10,000 steps. Life is good but man I am tired today.

The best thing I do for a craving is give in to it, in moderation. Otherwise I eat more calories trying to find something so substitute before giving in for what I wanted in the first place. Don't forget that on WW you can have as many vegi's as you can eat. Being full helps curb the cravings because your not thinking about food. Although I don't think carrots first thing in the morning would help with a craving for waffels:) Do you provide meals in your day care? I did and it was much easier to have that control rather than have the junk around that the parents would bring for their kids. The expense was very small and was a write off along with all the other write offs you can get for a home day care. Email me if you are not doing this and I will tell you more!
