Yay!!! I'm in a good mood. I love my Saturday Zumba instructor. I am really looking forward to the class. I am eager to lose some more pounds after I found out yesterday that I dropped 7. That's 7 in a month. I'd love to speed up the process, but I'm happy that at least the scale is moving in the right direction. So, I'm ready to get a little more disciplined with the diet and exercise. I know what to do. I just have to do it now. I have a busy day ahead, lots of running around to do, which is good and bad. Busy means I'm burning more calories than laying around watching tv, but being out and about brings on the danger of fast food, so I'm making a plan. Gonna pick up a smoothie after zumba for breakfast. I know I want sushi and a spinach salad for dinner. I'm not sure about lunch yet. I'll figure that out. Anyway, I gotta get ready to go burn some calories. Have a great Saturday :)
