Recorded weight this morning. Feel slimer. Been consistent with the low intensity excercise. Want to get down to the lowest body fat possible. I've given myself a year.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
